Notice

A General Body Meeting of this Association will be held on 27^th March ,2011,Sunday at 12.00hrs at the Postal Training Centre, Barabazar HPO to discuss the following items of agenda:

1. Confirmation of the proceedings of the last G.B. held on 21.11.2010.

2. Present position of our major pending demands.

3. Review of sudden transfer of Sri Nirmalya Mitra, Vice President of the Association.

4. Misc. items with the permission of the chair.

 All members are requested to attend the meeting in time.

1. Sri Nirmalya Mitra , ASP(Plg), C.O who has completed his tenure is hereby transfer and allotted to NB & SKM Region and posted as PM Siliguri H.O vice Sri Gopinath Roy transferred.

2. Sri Gopinath Roy, PM - Siliguri H.O on being relievd by Sri Nirmalya Mitra will join as ASP (Plg) C.O in HQ region vice Sri Nirmalya Mitra transferred.

Sri Mitra should be relieved today i.e 03.03.2011 as desired by competent authority.

Sri Gopinath Roy is not entitled to get TA/TP as his transfer is made at his own request.
