The following officials who were declared successful in the examination of IOP for the year 2009 held in the month of January 2010 duly communicated results under Dte commn no A-34013/01/2009-D dtd 05.10.10 circulated under CO memo no Rectt/X-14/IOP Exam/2009 dtd 24.11.10 are allotted to the region noted against their names as ordered by the competent authority. On successful completion of induction training & field attachment training they will be placed in the Pay band-2of Rs 9300-Rs 34800/- with Grade pay Rs 4200/-

3. Vigilance/Disciplinary case if any

                 In case any vigilance / disc. case of the type referred to in O.M.No. 22011/4/91-Estt.(A) dated 14.9.92 from DOP&T circulated vide Dte memo no. 25-19/88-SPG dated 13.10 92 is pending against any of the officials, he/ she should not be relieved for posting without obtaining specific orders from this office. The officials against whom any punishment is current should not be promoted before expiry of currency of punishment as instructed in Dte. letter mentioned above.

4. Option for fixation of pay

The officials who wish to give options for choosing date for fixation of pay under FR 22(I)(a)(I) should do so within one month from the date of assumption of charges.

5. The officials at serial no. 1,2,3 of part A will not get any TA/TP as the transfer has been made on their own request.

6. Relevant Charge-Report may be sent to all concerned including the undersigned.
