Dear Roop Chandji,
In response to the “REVISED PROPOSAL” of the CHQ blog uploaded on 6th Sept, 2011 this is to inform you that Our Circle is of the opinion that ASPOs should be merged with the Superintendent, Posts with the grade pay of Rs 4800 and the grade pay of Inspectors, Posts should be revised from Rs 4200 to Rs 4600 with effect from 01.01.2006.
We are opposing your proposal of merger of IPs with ASPs surrendering the Gazetted status of ASPs and in any case we are not at all ready to surrender the Gazetted status of ASPs – which is our Circle mandate.
However, this issue may be discussed in the next CWC meeting to be held on 23.09.2011 at Patna and before that decision should not be taken by-passing the CWC meeting.
