Notice is hereby issued to all the members of this Association that Biennial Circle Conference of Postal Officers Association, West Bengal will be held at Barabazar Head Post Office Building at 11:00 hrs. on 31.01.2016 (Sunday).

AGENDA

1.   Confirmation of the proceedings of last Circle Conference held at Yogayog Bhawan in 2014.

2.    Approval of Biennial Report of the Circle Association for the period up to 29.01.2016

3.   Approval of Audited Accounts  of the Circle Association for the period upto 29.01.2016

4.   Organisational and Financial Review.

5.   Subject Matters/Issues for Discussion taken up by CHQ

a.   Recommendations of 7^th Central Pay Commission.

b.   Cadre restructuring of PS Gr. B cadre and IPoS Cadre

c.   Combined seniority list of PS Gr. B

d. PS Gr. ‘B’ and Sr. PM  Examination

6. Membership verification & subscription

7. Election of Office Bearers

8. Appointment of Auditor

9.  Any other item with the permission of the Chair

        All Office Bearers/CWC Members & other members are requested to attend the said meeting in time.
