Notification for CWC

Notice is hereby given that the Pre-conference Circle Working Committee Meeting of this Association will be held at  Barabazar HPO Building at 14:00hrs. on 30.01.2016  to discuss the following items.  

·         Confirmation of the proceedings of the last  CWC

·         Preparation and adoption of the Biennial report  of the Association.

·         Adoption of the audited Biennial accounts of the Association.

·         Any other items with permission of the chair.

All office Bearers and CWC members are requested to attend the meeting in time

1.     The Chief Postmaster General, West Bengal Circle, for kind information. Necessary orders may kindly be issued to all concerned for grant of Special CL to office bearers and CWC members.

2.    The Chief Postmaster, Barabazar HPO, with a request to allow/spare accommodation in HPO Building for CWC Meeting on 30.01.2016.

3.    All CWC Members/Office Bearer of the Association.
