Posting of Surplus IP candidates before Training
Reminder Sent to General Secretary, CHQ through e-mail on 14.12.11
Dear Roop Chandji,
Your kind attention is drawn to my earlier e-mail dtd. 09.11.2011 in connection with posting of surplus qualified IP Candidates. In spite of having adequate vacancies, the surplus IPs are not being absorbed/posted on the ground of non-completion of their Institutional Training at PTCs. In earlier occasions such candidates awaiting Training were directly posted pending Training at PTC.
It is therefore requested kindly to take up the matter with the Directorate so that they are absorbed immediately in the existing vacant posts in relaxation of normal rules ( which is being done for the IPs recruited through SSC ) and considering the exigency of the circumstances.
